This project delivered 21 new affordable homes for rent as part of Bellway's Ridgewood development at Croftside, Stirling. The mix of cottage flats and terraced houses was designed to meet a range of local housing needs.

The development includes:

• 4 × 1-bed, 2-person cottage flats
• 4 × 2-bed, 3-person cottage flats
• 8 × 2-bed, 4-person terraced houses
• 5 × 3-bed, 5-person terraced houses

Bellway brought the project to Forth Housing Association as part of a larger residential development. M&C supported the delivery of the affordable housing by securing funding and providing development management services, helping to progress the project through to delivery.
